Adam Clark – CEO

Adam has an 18 year track record of commercialising banking and payment systems, and brings extensive business development and sales leadership experience to M-Com and strategic direction to M-Com's customers. Responsible for driving the company's export initiatives as well as its overall commercial direction, Adam works with customers to develop and implement their mobile banking and payments strategy.

Adam has a solid technical background and retains significant day-to-day responsibilities in the ongoing development of M-Com's product range. Having been involved in mobile payments since M-Com's foundation in 2000, Adam is recognised as a veteran in the mobile commerce industry.

Graeme Ransley – Chief Operating Officer

Graeme's experience includes more than 20 years of developing and implementing payments and loyalty transaction processing systems for major banks and enterprises. Prior to founding M-Com with Adam Clark, Graeme was responsible for the implementation of a number of major credit card payment processing systems for international banks and card scheme operators, including American Express, Diners Card and Westpac Corporation. Graeme has been formally recognised by the Australasian EFTPOS industry for his contribution to the development and growth of the local payments market.

Graeme has spent the last 6 years specifically applying his wealth of payments knowledge to the mobile channel and manages M-Com's operational areas (both projects and development) and customer activities in Australasia and Asia Pacific.

Ed Massey – Chief Technology Officer

Edward has an international background in EFTPOS and Internet payment systems – having worked extensively in the area within the Australasian and European markets for his entire career. An experienced software technologist, he brings considerable world-class systems development, technical consultancy and architectural experience to M-Com.

Edward and his team design and develop M-Com's products in line with banking best practice and proven software development and deployment methods. He also researches mobile and banking technologies so that M-Com's products and technical implementations are aligned to major currents within M-Com's target markets. Having designed the architecture of M-Com's products from conceptualisation, Edward is regarded as a mobile commerce 'guru' by M-Com's customers.

Serge van Dam – Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, Serge van Dam is responsible for understanding and developing the markets M-Com operates in, and works with M-Com's customers to ensure they leverage the value the mobile channel brings to them and their consumers. This also includes M-Com's relationships with channel partners, analysts and other industry stakeholders.

Prior to joining M-Com, Serge fulfilled a number of IT and project management roles with an emphasis on financial, electronic billing and transaction management systems. Serge brings with him marketing flair, and a robust knowledge of IT implementation and management practices for large enterprises. Originally an organizational psychologist, Serge has been with M-Com since late 2004.

Martin Goldfinch – Independent Director

Martin is currently private equity fund manager for one of New Zealand's largest funds (ACC). Previously, Martin was CEO of Cullen Investments where he oversaw the governance, development and sale of a number of significant entities, in the IT, finance and retail industries. Martin has held various senior positions in Australasian based banking and telecommunication companies, including Telecom New Zealand and Lloyds Bank.

As an Independent Director, Martin advises M-Com on commercial matters associated with funding and strategic activities and has done so since 2005.

Matt Krogstad – VP Business Development

Matt leads business development for M-Com focusing on new and existing markets; particularly North America and the Asian Sub-Continent. He has been working closely with Financial Institutions focusing on their mobile banking and payment strategies as well as the development of mobile financial services eco-systems since 2006. Matt also works with M-Com's partners to guide mobile strategy, customer engagement and generating ROI from the mobile channel.

Matt's background is in business development and strategy gained through roles at fast-growing technology companies; focused on selling enterprise software and information technology solutions to Fortune 500 corporations. Matt has worked in technology and strategy roles and started his career in corporate finance with Mercer Management Consulting.

Andrew Parker – Business Development Manager

Andrew has been selling and delivering electronic payment technologies for over a decade to the biggest and best banks in New Zealand and Australia. Previously in sales management roles with point of-sale leaders Keycorp and ProvencoCadmus, Andrew is well established within the Australasian payment eco-system, including inssuing and acquiring banks, payment switches, card schemes and industry associations.

Andrew's responsibilities at M-Com include working with our customers in Australia, New Zealand and increasingly in Asia to ensure they develop a compelling business case to invest further in the mobile channel and successfully execute on their mobile banking and payments strategies.

Jeremy Smith – Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy brings 19 years of accounting, taxation and legal experience to M-Com's CFO role. He works closely with the CEO, COO, other management team members and the company accountant to ensure all things financial work towards the company achieving its overall commercial direction, including compliance with financial reporting, regulatory and taxation obligations.

Before joining M-Com in 2007, Jeremy worked for Ernst & Young. He focused on technology clients and also led the Ernst & Young New Zealand tax software business in providing licensed and SaaS solutions to clients. Jeremy has also worked in commercial finance roles in the United Kingdom, and has provided consulting services to leading multi-national organisations.

Bradley Scott – Development Manager

Bradley is responsible for M-Com's development team and processes. He ensures that M-Com continues to build the world's best mobile banking solutions for our clients and partners. Before managing software and product development for the company, Bradley successfully delivered on a number of M-Com's implementations as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Prior to M-Com, Bradley was employed by Deloitte in their Enterprise Risk Services team taking part in IT audit and risk management projects with some of the world's largest corporations. Bradley has been admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor.

Chris Williams – Operations and Support Manager

Chris has over 10 years experience in the IT industry working in both Australasia and Europe. He has focused on systems and application support for a number of enterprise solutions like M-Com's BankAnywhere. His previous roles include application support and management for eCommerce and electronic messaging companies, as well as the world's largest mobile operator – Vodafone.

Chris joined M-Com in 2007 and is responsible for managing M-Com's support processes and service levels to meet the world-class expectations of our customers around the world.

Kim Assenberg – Professional Services Manager

Kim Assenberg is a highly skilled technology implementation and consulting professional with nine years experience in global technology-consulting organisations, in a variety of project management, team leadership, business analysis and technical roles throughout Australasia, North America and Europe.

Kim started work with M-Com in 2007 as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst and has managed the successful delivery of key M-Com implementations to a number of global and local clients.
