• IIS for access to Internet services.
• Any standard industry hardware that supports Windows 2003 / 2005 / 2008.

BankAnywhere is a Microsoft Certified Solution having successfully completed the Microsoft "Platform Test for ISV Solutions". The use of Microsoft technologies gives M-Com and its customers ready access to technical support from the world's largest software company and its extensive technical 'communities'.

BankAnywhere consists of a four-layer logical architecture to cater for the simultaneous support of multiple access modes and customer management capabilities [see diagram].
